A "Grey" (Neutral) Jedi , is a Jedi who finished training but left the Jedi Order, they claim to be on neither side of the Force but in the middle.
Still despite what they say its rather impossible for someone to be totally neutral. So "Grey" Jedi end up being either slightly light or dark. Some of them choose a side eventually and become Jedi or Dark Jedi.

but a group of Jedi has more strengh than a group of sith will ever have. What gives them that strengh you ask? Well he is partially right, the Jedi dont "pulverize" anyone, they say no one deserves death, even the darkest sith, thats why redemption is always possible.

But partially he is incorrect since their isnt a being anywhere, In this or the SW universe who is completely neutral ,its impossible. And "grey" (neutral) Jedi do not "pulverize" anyone.
