No Steam UK Release?

Hi there,

Sorry if this has been asked about or discussed before, however I was wondering why Conviction is not available on Steam in the UK. This is the second time this has happened recently with an Ubisoft game (ACII being the first), and doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that my favourite games from Ubi will continue to be made available on Steam.

Can a mod or anyone else give a heads up on the situation? I've already bought the PC Collector's Edition from GAME, however that was mainly due to the lack of a digital collector's edition. I'd like to keep supporting Ubi on Steam, however it's being made very difficult when new titles simply aren't available on the service http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Hi There,

There are currently no plans for the title to be hosted on Steam - it is available on other digital download sites though, should you prefer that way of getting your games.

Pretty weird, it's available on Steam everywhere but the UK...Well, since I'm not british I guess I'm not supposed to understand it...

Same with AC2 etc, they didn't get a UK release on steam, but did in other areas http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
