The only characters you don't start off with is Shikamaru, Jiraiya and Sarutobi. They're downloadable content from Xbox Live. Shikamaru is free.

Well seeing as it's the 1st of January and there already rumors of Chouji and Temari I guess.

The only thing I could imagine in the line of new moves is Rock Lee's primary and secondary lotus.

i doubt that they are going to release new combos or specials

i would rather get more characters than to get more combos

You go to 'Exclusive Content' on the game's main menu and download him from there.

It would be wise to complete the story mode as far as you can before downloading him though. The Japanese voices and Shikamaru cannot coexist and because of that, every so often, if you get hit by an obstacle/trap the game will freeze.

Should of mentioned that before....oops, sorry.
