I was wondering how the CrossCom is used, if so (I hope it still is), in Multiplayer, to send teammates to different waypoint spots as is done between Mitchell and his subordinates in Single Player mode? Can u look Full Screen into my CrossCom and send me and other team mates (perhaps thru theirs) to the waypoints? If so, how is each soldier selected for a waypoint as opposed to another? How does one avoid confusing as to whom is designated to move to a given spot?

First off, you can only play with/against humans in multiplaer. The only exception is two of the game types...Team mission and campaign as I recall. You get AI in those modes on your team that do their own thing and does NOT take orders. Cross com does not work with these friendly bots either.
Otherwise, here is how cross-com works.
In the upper lef of your screen is the cross com.
If it says "Drone" then:
--Dpad down calls the drone to your position
--Dpad up will send the drone to where your reticule is pointed.
--Holding right shoulder button allows you to see full drone camera.
Now, you CAN dpad left and right....and THIS will change the cross com from the drone to your HUMAN team members. You wil notice that the cross-com will now say the name of one of your human buddies playing on your team. If it says a players name below the crosscom then:
--Dpad down highlights yourself as "needing help" you show on friendly human player's screens as a huge orange diamond calling for help.
--Dpad up will place a marker where your reticule is pointed. This can be good for showing another human player where you want to go or where you last saw an enemy.
--Holding right shoulder button allows you to see through your human player's camera in full screen.
You can access these same fuctions whilst in map mode. The only difference is...when you hit Dpad up...where your map reticule is determines the locaiton of your command to move or mark.

I have noticed that setting waypoints via map view is less accurate than it was in the former game. It used to be that if I had trouble setting an accurate waypoint, I would change over to the map view and could hit it pretty well. Now when I change to map view it seems to miss quite badly. And unless it's the very beginning of a game, an inaccurate waypoint is worse than none at all.

I would also like to add that not only do you see the names and see what your human players are seeing on your crosscomm you can view how much health they have left.
Not only can you view the drone full view by pressing the right bumper you can also do the same with human players on your crosscom.
Lasly, I agree with Safrole that the waypoints are not as accurate unless you use them on your map overhead. I tend to use waypoints (d pad up) under fire and only pull up the map when I am well hidden to spot contacts. Although I think they are both the same as far as accuracy is concerned in map overhead view in both last GRAW and now. THe map overhead view is precise. You just have to know the map really well in both map overhead view and the physical lay of the land.
I think we can all agree that waypoint use can be a way to say that enemy is in the general area if not spot on the waypoint.

Ick, thanks much. I am quite familiar with its execution in Single Player, but wondered how it worked in MP (I have not yet played MP). Also, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't there a Multiplayer co-op against AI?
Thanks again.
