Iv just downloaded RUb 1.45. Silly question, but how do I install it? What folder do I put the RUb1.45.7z file into?

Hi Ole.

OK, first you need to go to your SilentHunterIII folder, and make a new folder in there called MODS

Into this folder you need to extract the RUb1.45 folder (ie. so there is a RUb1.45 folder in the mods folder, that contains all the RUb files). If you're having trouble extracting the archive, you need to download a program like WinRAR, or 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/).

Then you need to download the JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler from here (http://beerymod.com/sh3_011.htm) and extract the executable to the SilentHunterIII folder.

Run this executable, and you should then see the RUb1.45 mod in the available mods list, and it should be a simple matter of enabling it with the arrow button.

Iv ordered the game & it should arrive tomorrow. So iv been downloading patches & mods ready for when I get it.
