Messed Up Graphics

Every time I play the game, the graphics are really messed up. I see blue squares everywere, mostly around objects. If I get in the right spot, I don't see anything, and the game looks fine. Also, if I zoom in in the right spot with the sniper rifle, the ground will disapear and there will be water. I have the latest drivers and I'm running DirectX 9.0c. Here are my specs:
Asus A8V Deluxe Motherboard
AMD 64 3500+
1024MB PC3200 DDR2 Ram(2 sticks)
2 200GB Seagate SATA
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
ATI Radeon X800 Pro 256MB
