Trigger Maru help

I downloaded the zip file 7 for Trigger Maru.

Now I don't know what to do with it. I'm having trouble finding the instructions to go with this. In the zipped files themselves, I see the readme and FAQ, but I get an error when I try to open them.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I also had a question about Trigger Maru, is the targetting manual only or can you go about it the math-hater way as well?

You can do auto. I do. I hate math!!!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif Just un-check manual targeting in the office before your carrer or patrol (click on the radio on the shelf left of the desk for options if you don't know).
