double agent not working on my ps3

Backgrounds have blocks about 1/2 long by 1/4 inch
wide flashing like mad can not see anything, have tried everything from adjusting screen resolution on TV, PS3 switched game disc at store for another one can not play game at all have 4 other PS3 titles all work fine, called support they said check forums, EB Games said theres no recall they can not help, and UBI games blew me off had me call 4 different departments just to say its my PS3 I can play other games just not yours.

I've seen all the games so far for the PS3 and I've seen one game that interests me....I'm not gonna pay $500 or $600 for one game....that would be just stupid
