Points retroactive?

So I just found out about Uplay, but it was after I beat AC2 and actually opened the game manual, where I saw the Uplay advert on the back cover.
I made an account and I'm currently typing this up in class (who needs to know English, anyway? Me sure don't).
I don't have an active Xbox Live connection right now and I'm wondering if the Actions are retroactive to my game, seeing as how I beat it and likely performed all of the actions unknowingly while not connected to Uplay.
Do I earn the Unit rewards once I start up a valid connection to Xbox Live and the Uplay client?

Also, who else is psyched for Splinter Cell Conviction?

'Actions are linked to 4 specific Xbox 360® achievements or PlayStation®3 system Trophies.'

So as long as you have the trophy/achivements reflecting the 'action'. According to the FAQ page, it will update the Uplay account as soon as you log in. So no fret I guess ^^
