VR Alkali armor HELP

So i got the email from and i cracked all the codes, its ment to give you the VR Alkali but it gave me E3 Shadow armor if any one knows how to fix this and by the way I already have the E3 Shadow armor because I bought the Limited Collectors Edition of the game so if any one knows how to fix the armor please post the answer.

Try using the search function next time, this has been posted too many times by now by many people. Anyway, there is no known fix. I myself had the two codes. I entered my CE Code and got Shadow Armor and was afraid to waste the CoC ones. This past Saturday I took the chance and entered my original code (not the replacement) and received the Alkali. It also turns out that my replacement code doesn't even work at all. So the answer is, who knows. UBI messed up big time with the promotions.
