Splinter Cell 1 Sound

I got the Splinter Cell Expansion Pack (The original Splinter Cell and SC Pandora Tomorrow) and I installed the original and everything was fine except I have sound in the movies and intro but when i start a game or load a saved game i have no sound until i hit the escape key to the options window then the sound is there so i hit escape key again and continue to play the game. And, it does this each time i advance to a new level.

But Pandora Tomorrow runs perfectly fine no problems whatsoever. Has this happened to any of you before? I have all the latest drivers and all the recommended hardware for the game.

It does sound like a driver issue. Make sure you have the latest Direct X drivers (Available from Microsoft) and it never hurts to make sure your video drivers are up to date at the same time. Good luck! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
