how do i create another account?

i would like to let my mate have a few go's at ruse,but i dont want him to spoil my record obviously,if i log in to steam with another account,it doesnt have ruse under the games list,how are you getting around this?thanks

Hi There,

The game is locked to the Steam account you activated it on..

This is common for all Steam games, to stop people from sharing games, amongst friends...

If you want him to try it, before he buys, he could try the demo?

arent non ladder stats saved in a file on the local machine ? (at leas tin the betas/free weekends this worked)
you could make a backup of that file
then delete it and start use again with lvl 1
but i guess ladder progress is saved in the could and connected to the steam account.


and the demo doesnt give the game any credit, if only played the demo and not the freeweekends/betas i would have never bought the game.

get him to play a unrank game. This way he don't mess up you record. Anyway why does record matter unless you want to go pro with ruse but I don't think you can make a living off of play this game since it not super popular.
