You may also notice that his flame thrower bears no resemblance whatsoever to the ingame model.
This just looks like good concept art they decided to keep for whatever reason.

There where rumours that the bonus character was going to be Chuck Norris, however during Q&A testing they found that:

A> You're character never suffered damage from enemy fire, and

B> Regardless of the weapon selected, you're character would always kill enemies with a round house kick.

When asked about this bug, Chuck Norris replied "Thats no bug!"
