Everything is light blue

I tried running it in vista x64, and everything is a light blue color. Any idea whats wrong? I would get the x64 patch, but I have dial-up and I cant leave my computer online for 70 hours, lol.

Probably you need the latest patch. Unfortunately, you need to download that.

Anything else I could do to make it work, has anyone else got it working on a 64 bit OS without the 64 patch? And anyone else get it working on 64 bit vista? Or even 32 it Vista?
