What??? The Strongholod fares so low??? Only 5% of the votes??? Stronghold was one of the cooloest H3 towns (the Might town in H4 was just boring), with much theme into it, and the Behemots were so cool, and the wolf riders and the cyclops.

I really hope that Ubi Sof and Nival add more towns in the expansions of H5.

That poll is really getting attention. It already has 100+ votes, which seems to be a record by a fair amount for the polls there. And when I voted (maybe ten minutes after this thread was started) I was the seventh voter.

I had no idea that H3 fans could be summoned at such speeds.

I agree they have been considered weak, but I dont think they were at all. As for throwing it out, its not going to happen over a poll.

There isn't actually any weak town in heroes 3, if you're good player you can easily win no matter what town you were playing.

If you mean "easily win" as in stomp the AI, sure. But if you were against a human player of equal skill then you'd probably start noticing slight differances between the towns.

Sure, the Inferno is fun to play, but I wouldn't pick it if there was money at stake. The high cost and low hp/week of the town does leave it at a disadvantage against other towns.

I didn't know there are so many that have Fire as a favourite magic school. No matter how you put it, I cannot see how come Fire can take over any of the others.

And now, the final "favourite town" poll results rearranged in order of preferencies:

1st place: Tower 19% - WINNER! (I was a little suprised)
2nd place: Rampart & Necropolis 16% - Yay for Rampart! I always had the feeling not so many people have it as favourite, while necro fans seemed to be quite a lot.
3rd place: Dungeon 15% - I kinda expected.
4th place: Castle 12% - I thought it would be one of the winners
5th place: Fortress 10% - Not bad. If 10% of the fans loved it, this proves the mistake they did by removing it in H4.
6th place: Stronghold 6% - Again I was suprised. I expected more then average.

I was surprised that Tower was so high on the list too. Though I haven’t played it much myself, so maybe I missed out on whatever it was that made it so popular.

And I agree about the Inferno and Stronghold. Stronghold isn’t my personal favorite, but Heroes wouldn’t be Heroes without some kind of Barbarian faction. (IMO)

I am a Dungeon and Necropolis fan myself, but Inferno? Does ppl really dislike it that much? I like stronghold the least myself.
