Star force problems!!!- Help!!!

Hello all! I bought the game april 24th, via an internet site. I purchased my download and it worked fine, altough I had to manually go to the star force unlocking site for the game to work.
Two days ago I had to reinstall windows XP family without formating and when I was done, surprise surprise! The game was locked!
I went back to the starforce unlocking page to try again what had worked before to no success. The starforce site tells me that my key is older than 3 days so it told me to get another one.
I have contacted the website that sold me the previous working solution and all I get is automated messages with instructions to dowload and unlock the game - but withtout new unlocking code!!!
This is annoying as the website from where I bought it seems unable or unwilling to solve my problem - wich is annoying as I left around $ 19 USD in their bank account, for something that only worked 6 days!
I have posted a question at Ubisoft support that looks like it has been deleted - as it was there yesterday... thanks Ubisoft!!!
Finaly I've contacted Starforce wich told me the following (I quote) :

Serial numbers management is fully up to the publisher / distributor. Please, contact UbiSoft customer support: http://support.ubi.com

This is what I call a table tennis game, huh?

I have a problem and everybody was contacted and no one does anything about it. I am stuck with a locked game that I really bought.

Does anybody know where I can find a cracked sh3 exe, as I am fed up of this (censored word)!!!!

PS :
If I don't have my game unlocked soon I will be posting on every game forum concerning SH as how good the game is,, except that you cannot be sure of playing it everytime you want it - even when you bought it!!! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

Offcourse, Ubisoft doest give a #### about whatever problems I have, judging for their silence.

hmm, when you say locked, do you mean that you can't uninstall/reinstall? or, it wont do anything at all, I think you might want to try going to My Computer-->Local Disc-->Program Files-->UBIsoft-->SHIII, and delete that once thats done, try to reinstall it again. Or try Control Pannel-->Add/Remove programs-->SHIII-->Uninstall/Change-->Uninstall. Then try and reinstall it. Thats what I would tray at least.
