Hi All

I'm flying "1946" and I'm currently hopping my way through "Straight From the Farm" by Zeus-cat and a great thing it is too! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I do seem to have an issue with the Speed Bar though, it only shows the heading and the campaign instructions specifically call for me to expand it to get more info.

I've assigned the toggle to "Ctr-s" but it only toggles the Speed Bar between "on" and "Off", so either it shows the heading on its own..or it shows nothing at all.

I had a look at some "single missions" in the game and they all have much more comprehensive info available and using my toggle key I can switch them all between Metric or Imperial.. just the job really.

So does anyone have any clue as to why "Zeus-cat's" baby won't play ball? It's great to know where I'm heading, but it's tough to master the basics without knowing how high I am and how fast I'm moving.

Thanks all

Badger

This is due to the Difficulty Settings you used when you started the campaign. "No Speedbar" is probably switched ON.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the difficulty settings for an on-going campaign, that's too bad, nothing one can do about that.

Well, apart from restarting the campaign, with different Difficulty settings... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Have Fun!

by the way, it's possible to remove the heading vector indicator ?

when I use to play with full realistic settings the speed and altitude indicators are removed, but not that indicator

Gaghghgh!! Thanks FoolTrottel, I see what you mean. Luckily I was only up to mission 5, so it wasn't too painful to start over.

Yup Wildnoob. My "toggle speedbar" key (once specified) toggles between three different measurement settings if I keep pressing it, all with the heading (I think) and if I press again it turns everything including the heading right off.
