rash in application version: grpcrc1.35 and various errors.

Hi, having problems. I cant play as I get error "Crash in application version: grpcrc1.35" Could not load context.xml, and I cant reinstal the game as I get the 6001 error. Yet I have tried deleting and renaming the instalshield/professional/runtime 0701 folder. That just brings me an error complaining that cant find the folder. i have run the windows install cleaner. I have restored my PC to an earlier point. All no luck. I am willing to try whatever as my next option is reinstal windows.

DO THIS PRIOR TO DELETING FILES.

Start
Control panel
Folder options
Top of box view
Make sure hidden files are high lighted
Redo 6001 error procedure.

Make sure you have no emulatores running.
