View Full Version : Ubisoft Store Support is Beyond Incompetent

I am continually amazed and sorry I ever bothered to try and buy something from the Ubisoft on-line site. My latest bit of hilarity came when I emailed them because their ad for Splinter Cell says 50% off, but the actual price in the shopping cart is full. I email support via their own site and 1.5 days later I get a response from Tax Cut, yes you read that right, that they cannot help me. This email though comes from Ubisoft support even though the contents are from a Tax Cut support person.

The Issue with Ubi here is there use of Digital River which is running their on-line store. My limited interaction with them via Ubi have been nothing but a nightmare. I know I am not the only one. Why Ubi would continue this association is beyond me. The Ubi store is the single most pathetic I have ever come across. Just ridiculous.
