Water Attack? PS2 Exclusive?

the water attack isn't on xbox or pc, but i never saw a single place where i would have used it.

I have the PS2 version, and I often go out of my way to use it.

the PS2 level designs are different to Xbox/PC so they might have made more oppotunity for PS2 players to use it
