New Video Card: which one?

I was wondering if anybody could suggest a pretty good video card that's pretty cheap. I'm not looking for top-of-the-line kind of stuff, just a video card that will suit my intentions of playing SC:PT. Again, cheap, please, can be used if need be.

Any suggestions, links, will be appreciated.

Define cheap. $100? $200?

In the $100 price range I've heard good things about:
Geforece FX 5200
Radeon 9600Pro
Radeon 9600XT
Note that the XT is faster than the pro, so it costs more. Don't get the 9600SE.

In the $200 price range
Radeon 9800Pro hands down. Great card and you can find a really good price if you look around.

if you are going as cheap as an fx5200, a geforce4ti would be a more powerful card for the same price.
