Command Function Failure

I have tried a number of times, but I cannot get the command functions to work. The controls are all set to Default, yet I cannot get the teams to Fall in (Z) or get the Command Ring to appear. I have had nothing but problems with this game since I've loaded it. It took at least four reinstallations before it would actually open the chapters. I still have a mouse issue even though I have set the sensitivity to 1, it still seems to slowly float to where I want it and it still overshoots the mark. I have done all the steps the tech support standard e-mail for all problems has directed and yet the problems remain. Any suggestions?

Windows XP HE, ver 5.1.2600. Serv Pack 2
Pentium 4, 3.00 GHz
512 MB RAM
Video - NVIDIA GeForce FX5500 w/256MB video memory

is seems your whole machine is lagging right? slow mouse, "4 installs before you could open up the chapters"

how does your machine run with other games?

have you updated your video drivers?

command ring should show by right clicking and holding...it does not do this or just takes awhile?

All my drivers are up to date. Other games play fine. I just finished Call of Duty 2 without any problems. The command ring doesn't appear at all no matter how long I hold the button down.

You need to absolutely verify that the controls are set right in the options. This is the second time I have heard of them not working so far the life of this forum and the first guy just had his set wrong.

Other than that...no idea.
