Player/Profile Titles

Hey guys,

Just wondering what other titles are out there and how exactly do you earn them in game? (Major,Count,Trader etc..)

For example, with military is it the amount of units produced/killed? I've searched all over including this forum and couldn't find much information. Any help would be appreciated!

The titles/ranks are only granted via Empire (multiplayer) play.

You can choose the initial title in your game profile. But rank is only increased if you play multiplayer Empire games.

If you don't, your rank/title never changes.

Well I've read somewhere that it may be a glitch but all I have been doing for the 2 weeks I've owned the game has been playing skirmishes against AI and I've achieved Baron/Major/Prior/Trader respectively.

And most of the time your title choice for your gamecard reverts to default Private, Lay Brother/sister etc..

I have only played one Empire game. I have played the campaign more than I would like to admit and I play skirmish like crazy. In the game I have achieved many titles but on "My Realm" and my game card I apparently have not. Perhaps these are two seperate things.

As to your original question I am unsure how to earn each rank or how they are scored at all. My Military and my Tech are very high but my Trade is very low. Why they have decimal points in them is beyond me as well.

I would like to get an answer to this as well....Perhaps it is something like :

Military -
Zone captured - 0.05
Every 10 soldiers killed - 0.01
Every 10 soldiers created - 0.01

Trade -
Zone Bribed - 0.05
Every 10 trade routes made - 0.01
Every 10 merchants created - 0.01

Tech -
Zone converted - 0.05
Every 10 technologies researched - 0.01
Every 10 priests created - 0.01

???

Been playing Empire everyday for weeks n my title hasn't changed from Private, although it Says Colonel on my profile.

I'm a Brigadier on my dashboard but gamecard says private...go figure.
