Bonuses in Brotherhood for performing contracts in PL

Every time I perform the contract in PL I'm getting a notification about new bonuses in Brotherhood.

Do you know what are these bonuses about? New contracts in BH? Or smth else?

It's more experience and money for the recruits that originally did the contract in brotherhood. It's usually a few thousand floring and some xp for each of the recruits, up to 500 i think.
It's nothing much, but it still helps.
