Unable to sign in to the multiplayer server or ps3

hi guys, i've been trying to get online for 2 days now n it keeps saying "the far cry 2 server is not available at this time. please try again later". I've opened all the ports mentioned in the manual but still no luck.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
