Ok, so you delete my post that's half in Romanian, but you reply to posts that are all in French, even though all the devs are Romanian. Geez, it's nothing to be ashamed of you know... LOL!

I agree, the moderators at this forum suck. They delete posts at random, for no reason at all. My advice is to save all your posts to notepad. If they delete 'em, just copy/paste and repost. That's what I'm gonna do from now on.

You could if you want to, ask Rhoulette or any other ubi rep. in here to make you a moderator. Currently the CMX forum is moderated by Steve_Toyne, a person I haven't seen. As of yesterday I've given moderator powers to a couple more people. However, if you feel a post of yours has been deleted unfairly, please just let us know (CM10Support and Ubi_Warder). The Terms of Use describe upon what grounds we delete/edit posts, but if you're not sure how you might have violated them, send us a PM.

Regarding the deletion of a post in Romanian, I wasn't responsible for that but I can look into it. We wouldn't delete a post purely because of language.

I have to take the moderators side on this. First amendment history is a hobby of mine I have read it many times and read many books on the history and court cases surrounding it. As the founding fathers intended it, the first amendment protects your right to protest your goverment with out fear of reprisal. That's it, it was written for a very narrow purpose, much like the religious clause wich our courts have done a 180 on in the last 60 years. Your first amendment right, even by todays standards do not apply to these forums. The terms of use apply here, these forums are the property of ubisoft, and are not public domain. There for Ubisoft can edit/modify/delete any post in any way it wishes.

Is this forum FOR Ubisoft or for the community? I really don't see anybody else complaining about off topic posts other than the moderators themselves. Everybody else is freely participating in the off topic discussions. I say just let us be as long as we are following the TOS and stop censoring posts.
