I have a 2.4GHz computer and 512 RAM, with Asus/nVidia FX5200 which is DX9 compatible. The demo works perefectly on this mechine.
I also have a 3.0GHz computer with 1.5GB RAM and I'm using the onboard GFX GMA 900 which is included on D915GAV motherboard. Altough DX9 compatible, the game doesn't run on this mechine.
Maybe this info can help someone.
People should post the specs that do work, and not only those that don't. This may be of value to the developers.

Built in Motherboard Video Cards are incapable of running any modern games.

I had not even a single problem so far, with any game I played (SWAT 4, DS II, Civ. IV, GTA:SA, Half-Life II, Falcon 4 AF, Gal-Civ 2, B&W 2,Worms Mayham)

I tried to install the demo to Pentium IV 3 GHz, 512MB RAM, GMA900. It can't load the game. the game exit after the intro.
I installed to athlon64 3200+, onboard geforce 6150, 1GB RAM. I can play it with minimum setting. Looks like 6150 has better compatibility than GMA 900.

FWIW, you should know that all polygons are calculated by the CPU with the GMA900.
It's a really big step forwards from their last pathetic attempt (Extreme Grapihcs 2), but the GMA900 places a huge load on the CPU by removing the T & L functions from the GPU.
This hardware shift basically boils down to this:
GMA900 does wonderful things with 2D and movies, but can't do squat with 3D and games.
I would explicitely put the GMA900 in the sub-requirement range of videocards while other integrated graphics solutions contain full rendering and T&L components which is why the 6150 can play.
