Dear Ubisoft,

I have felt that I have supported your company for long enough. You have been promoting your products, claiming that they will be better in the future. However, it has been the opposite. Your products have been on the steady decline. Rainbow Six: Vegas still has not received a patch for the playstation 3, so why should I even flirt with the idea that you will take care of your customers this time around? The simple fact is that from a business standpoint, you are lacking(To put it nicely). Now I may receive a response along the lines of

"well why don't you try doing our jobs?"

Well the thing is, it isn't my job, it is yours. I for one hold the people I do business with to certain standards. We are paying customers and it is my personal opinion that you should take care of the customer, plus some. I'm sure if you would have taken a little more time, or a little more effort, you could have fixed these issues. It isn't Sony's fault the game is unplayable (Even though you have had over a year to fix these issues, and your latest product is not a representation of a years work)

I will no longer be purchasing your piss poor products. I will invest my money into products that actually function, and isn't the same redundant game minus the functionality. I would really like to say that I am wrong about your company, but from multiple experiences, I don't think I am.

Regards

Nice intelligent complaint, well done.

Your not a mind numbing idiot who spams about online issues and I think mods will actually look at this.

Thank you for your positive feedback, Pinjani10. I realize that I could post all day, and it probably wont change anything. However, Ubisoft might be more inclined to listen if more people turn away from their products.

WTF, Ubisoft is doing this gay **** instead of working on a patch for the PlayStation 3 version of Rainbow Six Vegas 2. How dumb is this, they support the Xbox way more then the PS3. They advertise playing against people with Xbox Live on the Xbox 360, Why didn't they just make Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Xbox exclusive. This is why Sony should not take Ubisoft seriously and not let them develope for the PS3 any longer! This is ******ed and why I have a lot of doubt on wether the PS3 version of RSV2 will ever get a patch. Fucl< you Ubisoft!!!

I'm pretty sure that in the end when they're trying to get into that door that in the room is where the servers are. They're all just too fat to actually get into the room and fix them.

Lets get them some Subway!

Nice letter man
Every day they dont give us any news what so ever i think about killzone

No surprise they're holding an X-box controller.
That dude should not be bragging about being the lead game designer... only for the fact 50% of the people on these forums (im not one of them) is now hunting him down!

for a beating and a measly $60 £40-£50

he also just talking about microsoft...

Mate im not being funny...
They should be giving ps3 users the chance to kik their arses not XBox!
I would play out of my skin!!!

ONCE a FPS gets released on Console
and console buyers focus
it cant have the same standards as before

Needs to be
* DONE by ONE GROUP,
* Using SAME MAPS on EACH EDITION
* Using same graphics/models/resources ON EACH EDITION
* Code ONE edition multi platform in the begining then just change it/recompile it
for other platforms
* SUPPORT Keyboard and mouse on ALL Platforms
* Cross platform play
* MOST IMPORTANT Stand alone dedicated server software that runs on PC (WIndows)
for Windows and console game servers
* Increase coop to EIGHT to 16 players
