I am disappointed in the quality of the picture. When I looked at this game before I purchased it the picture clarity in the advertisements was sharp, but when I use it the picture quality is poor and grainy. I have opened the shades, closed the shades, turned on the light, turned off the light, unscrewed some of the light bulbs but nothing helps the picture. The camera will not keep track of my arm movements they look blurry and the movement is jumpy. Buyer beware this product is not the same as on the advertisements!

Welcome to the forums mdboggs! Have you tried wearing different colors? That seemed to help my picture.

It is not what I am wearing, it is a slow picture. I have changed outfits, rooms and lighting; it still has a slow pick up on the screen. It is cheap low grade web-cam and it in no way performs as portrayed on everything that I had looked at before I bought it. I want truth in advertising not smoke and mirrors.

maybe you need a new camera. Mine works great. The pic is really clear. The movements are a tiny bit delayed but not enough to affect my workout scores.
