Hello everyone,

First time posting here and i'm looking for some help about hosting a game on ubi's XIII server.

Quite a few people i know are unable to host any games also when trying to ping uni.com we all get 100% packet loss, however we are able to join other peoples games. This seems to be hapining to mainly folks from the uk and more so only those who are with virgin media.

I have contacted virgin and they say the problems is with a "hop on ubi's side" thats timing out (216.6.114.17)

i know very little techy stuff so i'm hoping that someone here know's if this is an known issue or is thier anything that we can do here?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hi there,

The best course of action is to contact support and open up a support ticket request - supply them with all of the info you have, and they can forward that on to the correct team.

If you're aware of other people having the same problem, please ask them to do the same, since the more information that can be gathered, the better http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

If you want to contact support - there are details in the games manual, or you can use the link in my signature.

Please remember to answer any and all emails from support.

Sorry that you have had this problem, but apart from offering you the above advice, not much else we can do via the forums..
