crashes after intro movie. help me!

hi everyone. everything about installing the game went fine. i saw the intro movie. i then went to start on a campaign. the screen showed that the campaign was loading (it's a screen of a female knight on a horse). but when the campaign finishes loading, the game crashes and then i get sent out to windows. i then get an error report saying: AppName: h5_game.exe, AppVer: 1.0.0.27 ModName: h5_game.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.27 Offset: 001862e1
can anyone help me?
