there are 3 ruses confirmed deciphering, radio silence and decoys. They said they had a goal of ten ruses so what other ruses do you think should be added?

Hmm, maybe a ruse that spawns a battalion of Scottish bagpipe players in florescent kilts who sporadically flash the opposing forces and throw frozen waffles? :P

Jamming enemy communications, efficiently cutting off the enemy's control of units in one area. No moving inside or out of the area (units can still be ordered into the area) and no info from units in the area. They just vanish for the duration of the jamming.

They have mentioned combining a card that cloaks your base with the one cloaking you units(radio silence) to make an invisible forward base.

Hijacking enemy lines of communications, being able to give orders to enemy units.

Camoflage, units look like the enemy's( using stolen tanks and uniforms).

requesting aid from partisans\resistance, either as combat units on the map, damaging enemy units, slowing production or revealing units and buildings behind enemy lines. These could be spread over multiple cards.

insite desertion via propaganda, causes a small percentage of units station in area desert over time.ie 5 percent per 30 or 60 seconds.

Maybe a long flank maneuver?

It sends your units off one side of the map and then they come back in deep behind enemy lines, or you could use it to hide your units out of the battle similar to trailer with the fleet.

"Decoy" effectiveness reduced by "Decipher."
"Radio Silence" countered by "Decipher."

"Encryption" - a ruse which prevents the enemy's "Decipher" order from revealing accurate information about your movements.
or
"Decoy Orders" - only works in conjunction with "Decoy - makes "Decipher" show orders for decoy units, so they aren't exposed as fakes.

Also, a separate idea...

"Ambush" - this ruse would conceal several units, even preventing them from being revealed by other ruses (like the aforementioned "Decipher"), but would prevent any orders being given to them. Once a certain number of enemy units (decided when the ruse is activated) enters the area where the units are hidden, the ambush is triggered and the hidden units attack.

And a similar idea...

"Hidden Taskforce" - another ruse which conceals a limited number of units completely, this one requires the units to be given a set of movement orders when used. The units then follow the designated path, hidden from enemies, but unable to be given new orders, or engage enemies, until they reach the destination. Possibly include a requirement for them to maintain a certain distance from enemy units or the ruse fails, so the movement orders need to flank the target.

Also, would be nice if you could use a ruse to create a decoy unit behind enemy lines, so it looks like you've used an ambush or taskforce type ruse to get forces somewhere the enemy doesn't expect. Then they turn part of their force back to fight on the new front, and only later realise it was a trick to minimise their main force.

EDIT: Corrected spelling and wow that was longer than I thought it would be.

Well since RUSES on this game are basicly specail abilities, I would say:

Inflatable dolls that are in airborn battalions (instead of their own indivisual battalions.) To reduce casuallties.

Glider Drops: Used in D-day to transport jeeps, extra infintry, and light artillery behined the atlantic wall.

Tank upgrades E.G. Sandbags on armor, flamethrowers, mineclearers, anphibeouse, bridge-layers, Hedgerow clearers, all of those awsome sherman upgrades to make up for their light armor and gun.
