I say that there should be a monitor in the game to time out how many hours you have and that hours played should determine rank. And you have to have participation in each match. For instance, you have to move and have bullets fired then that starts the monitor. So if you entered a room and just put rubber bands on your sticks (the host should ban these people anyway) it wont register. You actually have to walk several steps and fire a few bullets from your gun... or something like that. And have it be reasonable ranks too. Taking into consideration most peopl will play this game only for a few months before shelfing it. Taking into considering not everyone is going to buy it right away and that you want to have some play with your higher ranks... say like after 200 hours of play you will achieve elite rank.

Anything else to me would seem too easy to boost. Like games won, or different difficulties, or who you played with. I really don't see anyway of boosting the way I just mentioned. Anyone see any holes in it ?

Keep the ranks and XP in ranked rooms for people who care about that stuff. Boosting would be a non-issue if unlockable items weren't tied to how long you play the game.

rubber band your sticks and set it up against a wall to push the trigger. spinning is counted as steps in most games.

Heres a swell idea, the number of points u get could acctaully be based on ur kill/death ratio as well as wether u win or loose. That way the usless people with negitive kill deaths who spoung off good players would still rank up (slowley) where as the good players would be where they are ment to be (by ranking up faster)

see theres the problem.... i was going to start a whole nother thread about this.

people playing on teams as individuals. who gives a flying krap how many kills to deaths you have. your playing as a team. sometimes i have the highest kills on the team and sometimes ill have the lowest becuase im covering the hallway. im providing security for my teammates so they can get more kills. or ill lay down cover fire so they can run down the hallway and shoot the enemy.

so many people are completely dumbfounded by this concept and i'm dumbfounded how you could not get it.

i also like the idea of only having ranked matches having the ranks, the regular player matches be left blank because i could give a ****
