XBox Demo Shotty. PLEASE HELP!!!

I can't equip the shotty in the XBox Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Demo. If this is a glich, or somthing I simply overlooked, PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok pull out your SC-20K and press Y, he'll change to the Shotgun, that's all you have to do.

Edit: Wait wait, I played it through again, and I was wrong it's the white button, not Y.

Ok i put an Edit up, but I want to make sure you see this, it's no the Y button, it's the white one.
