Contains all the essential amino acids, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and one of the few widely available sources of Vitamin D.

Everything the growing man needs.

They taste like poop however.

Eat them raw.

It's like tasteless cold sick.

Texas size ham omelette with hash browns. Narrrggghhhhhh.

Two eggs fried over easy in butter with a slice of ham and some good semi crumbly chedder melted over that in a sourdough bread sandwich with a hint of Dijon and a thin layer of mayo...it's a wonder my arteries haven't clogged solid just contemplating it.

Here I only eat the eggs of hens that are fed with corn, not that horrible thing they eat in industrial farms. Eggs are yellow gold, and taste like the edible parts of Keira Knightley.
