I been in that HIDEOUT part on the game, where they took me off that machine and I'm at that station thing where the game first begins, they start me in the basement part but dont know where to go after that, or is that the end of the game?

How far in the game are you?
Because if it's AFTER you finished up in Venice, it's a bug and you'll have to wait for the patch.
If it's before you arrive in Venice, then it's training time! Find Lucy, then go to the red lights in the warehouse and make the green.

If you're on Sequence 11 and you can't get back in the animus, eject your game disc and put it back in its box. Ubisoft hasn't released the patch yet and you can't go any further without it.

I am experiencing the exact same thing and it sucks! Hope I just didn't waste hours of my time to have to start over...

Hope I just didn't waste hours of my time to have to start over... </div></BLOCKQUOTE> the patch is coming soon, just how soon, soon is no body seem's to know. so your choice is either don't play until the patch comes, or you can start on of the other game saves (I know the PS3 offers 3 assume the 360 will do the same) then play again till either the patch comes and you go back to your original game or you finish the game in the new save.
