stuck or level bug?

hi chaps
trying to finish the spider throne bit- i got the gem from the wall in the crypt below to put in the throne to open the first door, got stuck in the crypt with the thing that comes out of the coffin and killed it and then up the chain into the big chamber with the ghouls and got the gem from the bottom but cannot find the last gem i need, although im sure i must have got them all as i have run around for hours and hours looking everywhere- can anyone help?

the last gem , the matrons heart? its in a small coffin in a giant room with a stone bridge ( coincidentally when u walk into the room, coming from a spiraled stairway, u get attacked by a bunch of ghouls) find a way to get to the bottom of the room ( many chains are provided or simply jump into the water) the coffin is located at one end of the room in a small coffin near the chain u can use to get back up

Its purple and glowy. Cant miss it....except you sorta did so I guess you can miss it.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
