They've heard this many, many times.
But I do understand your frustration.

Yes indeed, a big item on the long list of poor design decisions - sometimes I wonder if the devs have a minimum ****tyness quota to meet. Maybe they think if they don't do anything annoying, noone will come to the forum and they'll be lonely. Does the saying "no such thing as bad press" have particular relevance here?

lol probably, like you said, they gotta mess the game up to start otherwise they wouldnt have anything to fix and be out of a job lmao

Bro, you're not alone. I got BAN 5 time in one night because I was leading in all the match. I was so **** too cuz I had about 19 kill in each game. Not only was I ban, I loose all the Rank points.

It's bizarre, people hated this in Rainbow Six: Vegas. It was later patched much to fans delight, the host lost the ability boot people at random. So, after two years UBIsoft repeats the same mistake yet again? They took something that didn't work, then knowing it was problematic, put it in the game?

Hi Puffin,
good to hear that they can patch this problem.

Yeah, they can patch it, but why make it this way in the first place?
My point is that Ubisoft knows from experience that people don't like the host booting people at random. I'm not sure what Ubisoft was thinking. Maybe they just enjoy making people angry?

Exactly they weren't thinking this is why they deserve to fail like GM. Horrible idiotic management decisions will bring a company to its knees. Hence if ubi was serious about the gaming market they better start axing the decision makers.

The ban thing is ok to a point, when in lobby and people being idiots and making racist and other offensive remarks i ban, shouldn't be able to ban oppossing team members once game has started, but the ban still needs to be their because you still have other idiots that get off on team kills and ruin the game.

I agree this is annoying, but is a necessary evil. There would be no way to remove anyone that is being abusive or just a plain idiot.
You just need to learn to just avoid those servers. Hopefully, the new patch coming in a couple weeks will make that easier.

There are plenty of other ways to get around the problem it is a developmental failure. So no it is not a necessary evil because if designed properly it would not be needed

This is a huge problem and they better listen it is crazy what the hell were they thinking how is that a good idea at all don't get me wrong I love the game but this is just a stupid mistake.

Like I said earlier, this is an issue Ubisoft has corrected with a patch. Adding a vote to kick system is not something that requires a large amount of resources. However, this is a busy time for Ubisoft Montreal. Don't expect them to be working feverishly on a product that has been out for almost a month now.

simple solution would be to keep the ban option so server admins can get rid of the idiots that are abusive or just try to cause grief, and have it give XP as you earn it and not just when the match ends. simple realy because there would be no reason to ban.

Great mulitplayer games like COD4 and Halo3 won't let the host ban/kick people at random. Every game UBI makes has sucky multiplayer where lamers and teebags kick you for beeing too good, or for some other stupid reason. What a **ucking joke

You would think they would have learned after Vegas 1, Vegas 2, GRAW, and GRAW 2.http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

I take it you've never been an admin of a server. There will always be guys that are jerks on purpose that need to be removed. It's just a fact of human nature. There are people that act like a 10-year-old that just want to see how far they can push you either by team killing or being abusive in team chat.
