I unlocked all characters, weapons, and vehicles... what was the point - does this mean I can drive vehicles now? In what games modes are they available? Please Help!!

If you haven't noticed, this question has been asked and answered hundreds of times on these message boards. The "unlockables" are just the pictures and info. You cannot use them.
