I'd like to create a server but this Nat Resolution problem keeps popping up saying that players may not be able to join. How do I fix this?

Disable NAT Resolution in your Router.
But be forewarned as to what NAT does for you. NAT is NETWORK ADDRESS TRANSLATION. In short, this is the abilty to covert an internal (private) IP address to a single external (public) one in real-time. ie, your router has an external address of: 65.22.114.32, but every node (be it a computer, printer, server, etc.) has a unique internal IP address, usually in the 192.168.1.xxx range.
Well, legitimately, 2 computers cannot share the same IP address, but NAT allows this. Some games are not NAT COMPATIBLE, meaning that any more than 1 player on your network who attempts to use the ports that game uses, will end up failing.
Then again, there are programs like PuffinSofts DXPort, which sometimes help people in these situations.

No no you do not have to disable NAT on your pc. You can just open up the ports as suggested in THE SPLINTERCELL README. I would tell you those ports but I am at school right now. Go into your start menu and find ubisoft then the readme should be there with the ports. Consult your router's firewall documentation, if you have trouble aim me at ruzhyo2666 (I wont be on for a few days though, busted monitor).

Disabling NAT won't hurt him if he's the only client on the LAN.
What Ru is talking about is commonly known as PORT FORWARDING. Use your router to forward the following ports to your computer's internal IP address:
7776-7776
8888-8888
40000-43000
44000-44000
45001-45001
I think there may be one more; consult the documentation. It's a joke since my router only supports 10 ranges of ports to be forwarded, and this game takes up HALF of the list http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Thanks guys for your response. I'll try to figure it out with the advises all of you have given. Hopefully it'll work so I can create a server that I've been wanting to set up. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/cry.gif

I have found that the only ports I NEED to host a game is 8888 and 45001. However, I run with all the aforementioned forwarded, just in hopes of not crashing the game or having players disconnect unintentionally.
