What is with this neutral territories

Anyone,iv looked around the forums and cant seem to find any explanation anywhere, but to be honest, if you guys are using this time to think through the rules you employ in ToW in regards to the stalemate then ill be dissapointed.

On another note, what is the point of an airbase (rovaniemi) being next to moscow when it has its own air support anyway... WTF. whats the point of the US faction taking it, and how do you explain it having air support, thats a rule that you should reconsider.

It's part of the stratgical element to the game.
Always take an air base before you attack a Capitol.
And it was a good move, just because it conveniences you my friend, doesn't make it wrong.

Not to mention I doubt the people up in Roveniemi were thinking a lot about Endwar when they put an air base there.

Are the Theater of War servers shot? Might be because they're correcting the 3-minute business.

They've crapped out like this before, and Ubi says they've fixed it, and then they give us free sh*t to make us feel better for a couple of weeks, and then it happens again.

I think this is the 3rd time it's happened.

I don't think it was the servers dying again. Ubi is trying to mix things up for us so we don't have the same stalemate maps over again. The server was only down so they could fix it. I do not believe that the server crashed for a day. It has done this before.
