Accidently beating the **** out of someone on my team during CoD3. I was a sniper, I was using a pistol to take this house, and I killed the US sniper there.

I thought I saw another guy when I was outside, so I left the room to check - and one of my guys, a sniper like me - runs towards me.

I fired off a few shots, thinking he's American (the German uniform looked surprisingly similar to the US uniform at that particular moment), and so when he got to the room I started punching him. I noticed he wasn't doing anything (figuring that he thought I was dead or something) so I ran up and punched him right in the head, at the exact moment I realised on my team. Naturally he punished me, and I think I deserved it. Stupid me.

Two days ago I was playing R6:V coop story with cooldude6681 and our friends AL B Fresh and h8t2w8t. cooldude was hosting and insisted on having friendly fire on. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif Well AL B Fresh "accidently" killed me, so when we made it to the roof of Red Lotus I threw a grenade at him, meaning to only kill AL B Fresh...but I accidently took out all three of them. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Probably the dumbest thing I have ever done in a video game was in GoW. I grabbed a sniper rifle and shot someone's head. Boom, he is dead right. So later on in that round I got into a battle with their team's sniper. So I got grenades real quick and ran back to my cover. I had my sniper out and I wanted to switch to my shotgun because the guy wanted to rush FSR. I pushed the grenade button, pulled the trigger and I threw a grenade at my feet. I blew the hell up and we lost the match. This guy was a complete n00b btw and I could have won the match for us by I pushed the wrong button.

Another thing that always happens to me when I play DA ( I don't know why I play it sometimes ) where I get hurt when I am at an elevated position and I just jump off the cliff. It is like an instinct that ends up getting me killed. Ha!

well the thing I hate doing the most is getting to a certain part in the game and not save and then lose all of my progress when I do something stupid that gets me killed but I guess that's common

Going after the mercs to break their neck instead of avoiding them. I always fail, but something tells me to run toward the merc and throw a smoke. Somehow it never works and I still try.

Probably vandalizing the game Harley Davidson: Race Across America, with hacked 3D textures such as Justin Timberlake as a playable character, some billboards and replacing the Honda CR-V texture with the one taken off from my teacher's SUV. It may not comply to the EULA, but it was somewhat hilarious...
