HELP canâ´t log on to Ubi.com

I have installed my Raven Sheild for the second time, the first time i have createt a profile at Ubi.com But now i canâ´t log on to ubi.com, it just says error canâ´t log on.
I have updatet to the latest version. What do i do ???
