The Conviction Engine (LEAD) is a highly modified Unreal Engine. I think they improved the engine alot. We will see how the game looks like on the PC.

Agreed the Unreal engine typically leads to lower quality. The physics are always shallow and generally you can't jump in the games made with the unreal engine...wtf all games should have jumping...unless you are the Merc in a game of SvsM.

Gears of War with jumping would equal ewww...Most games should have jumping, Splinter Cell is one of them because free jumping has been in all of the games, in Conviction you have to be by something to jump up and it's only when it gives you the animation to do so...

no matter what it will look like on pc, i think it doesn't look good enough on the 360. there are other games for the 360 that look a lot better or at least have a higher resolution.

Time for a new one. No "wow" factor anymore. Does anyone remember playing the first Splinter Cell on XBOX? Now that was evolution at work, lol.
