Game crashes after Otomo does harakiri

The name of the topic might be a bit strange but I have really bigg problems with Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. When you have blown something up (Don't know what it was anymore http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif) you meet Otomo and he will start complaining about the American people. My computer has crashed several times while they were speaking, crashed after he had done harakiri and have crashed when I was pulling the knife out of him. The crash goes as followoed: My screen freezes and then my monitor falls out and when I try to put it back I just simply can't. The game never crashed before. Try that part with thermals on. It helps many. This is the last scene of the game.
