Can't get online

I'm playing the PC version on CoJ: BiB, and whenever I try to upgrade my account to an internet account to play multiplayer, I conforim my password, serial number and email, then it to no avail. It just says: 'Upgrade failed'. Any thoughts?

Try a different account name. Most likely the one you chose is already in use on ubisoft's registration page.
This has been posted about multiple time.

Solveiss, What is the full error message that you are receiving? If you are still having trouble upgrading to an online account try configuring ports 27632 & 32500 through your router to see if that helps.
