Supposedly October 30, 2009. But since there hasn't been anything new released in awhile, I'm not sure about it.

But I also doubt this is true. The game has fallen off the radar a long time ago. No announcements have been made about a release date, except for Ubisoft's little report a few months ago that clearly stated this game will be released sometime next year in the first quarter, at the earliest. :[

Well,since the financial crisis came to us , we all know that the making of games now adays is harder to do beacuse of the funds they have to work with is titend and making alot of commercial + trailers costs alot of money. Never trust release dates provided by retailers; they are just random. Until Ubisoft actually announces a release date, there is none - and you can be pretty sure they aren't going to release a game without any advance marketing.

I’m afraid I can’t provide a release date at the moment; however I can confirm the date listed above is not correct.

Bear in mind when viewing online stores most sites systems require a listed date to enable them to take pre orders, and with that in mind they sometimes just list a random date. Others list a correct date which later changes and don’t get around to updating it very fast.
