I just brought the game .(actually I bought two copies, one for me, one for my bro.)

Got this error while trying to play online...anyone know how to fix this?

My brother and I have same problem here.

What happened....? How can I deal with this error:

I have the same problem and I even tired to turn my firewall off still no use... the worst thing is UBI tech support is useless
