There are two ways solve your problem. One option is to use google. Other way is:
1. click the logo of the site (it has a nice orange sun on it, and it also has far cry 2 text)
2. The site may ask your age. If you enter birthday which is under 18 years old, the site wont let you in.
3. Click help at the top menu
4. Select your platform
5. Watch the video tutorials about mapping
if this doesn't help you, use option one, with search words: "far cry 2 map editor tutorials"
