I installed Splinter Cell Limited Edition on a Compaq Evo n800v laptop with mobility radeon 7500. It crashes immediately after starting giving a General Protection Fault. I tried to install the patch 1.2b that includes support for the radeon 7500 but it doesn't install, it gives the error "couldn't find version number".
Please help!
